Welcome to Reloved.pk. We deliver our curated preloved and vintage fashion collections across Pakistan. Please review our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and doorstep inspection terms below.

1. Delivery Rates & Free Shipping

• Karachi (Local Orders): FREE Delivery on all orders across Karachi (No minimum order value required).

• Nationwide Shipping (All Other Cities): A flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to all deliveries outside Karachi (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other cities/towns).

2. "Check Parcel Before Payment" & Doorstep Return Terms

We provide an Open Parcel Delivery facility so you can shop with complete peace of mind:

• Doorstep Verification: You are welcome to open the courier flyer in front of the rider before paying Cash on Delivery (COD) to verify the item’s condition, size, and authenticity.

• Return at Doorstep (Important Rule): If you inspect the parcel and decide not to accept or keep the item, you must pay the flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 directly to the courier rider to cover logistics transit costs.

• Rider Support: If any courier rider refuses to allow parcel opening, please contact our support team immediately at +92 300 2504099 while the rider is at your address.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Karachi: 1 to 2 business days.

• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

• Other Cities & Regional Towns: 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are non-operational for courier hub processing and transit.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Cutoff Time: Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

• Pre-Dispatch Confirmation: For first-time Cash on Delivery orders, our team may verify delivery details via a quick WhatsApp or SMS message before shipping.

• Packaging: All garments are steam-sanitized, neatly packed in protective zip-lock bags, and sealed in tamper-proof courier flyers.

5. Tracking & Delivery Attempts

• Live Tracking: Once your order is booked, you will receive an automated tracking code via SMS and WhatsApp with a live tracking link.

• Rider Calls: Couriers will make up to 2 to 3 delivery attempts and will call your provided mobile number before arriving.

• Active Contact Number: Please ensure your contact number is reachable to avoid delivery failure and return-to-origin delays.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

• If a parcel is damaged or misplaced in transit by the courier company, Reloved.pk will issue an immediate 100% full refund or provide an equivalent replacement store credit without delay.
