These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, orders, and services. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Account & Eligibility

• Eligibility: By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age under Pakistani law or have obtained parental/guardian consent to access and place orders through our platform.

• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, delivery, and payment information during checkout.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Reloved.pk is not liable for any unauthorized activity resulting from compromised login details.

2. Preloved & Thrifted Product Disclosures

• Unique Inventory (1-of-1 Pieces): All items listed on Reloved.pk are curated preloved, vintage, or imported thrifted pieces. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items are available in single quantities and individual sizes only.

• Condition & Grading: We inspect, sanitize, and grade each garment before listing. Exact condition notes, fabric details, and any minor vintage flaws are transparently stated on product pages.

• Sizing & Measurements: Because vintage and international brand sizing varies, we provide exact flat-lay measurements in inches (chest, length, shoulders, waist). We strongly recommend measuring your best-fitting garment before purchasing.

• Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors accurately in natural studio lighting; however, slight shade variations may occur depending on your screen display, brightness, and mobile settings.

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Order Confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed confirmed once verified by our team via automated SMS, WhatsApp, or email notification.

• Order Rejection & Cancellation: Reloved.pk reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order due to product unavailability, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or unverified contact details.

• Personal Use Only: All purchases are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling, bulk hoarding, or commercial re-distribution without our written consent is prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payment Methods

• Pricing Currency: All prices displayed on Reloved.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude delivery charges unless a free shipping promotion applies.

• Price Changes: Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. The price applied will be the one active at the time of checkout.

• Accepted Payment Modes:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payable in cash directly to the courier rider upon delivery.

  • Direct Bank Transfer / Digital Wallets: Direct bank deposit, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (payment confirmation receipt required before dispatch).

5. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

• Courier Partners: Deliveries are handled via reputable domestic courier services (TCS, Trax, Leopards, PostEx, Call Courier).

• Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination city. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

• "Check Parcel Before Payment": In supported locations, customers are permitted to open and inspect the flyer/box in front of the courier rider before paying the Cash on Delivery amount.

• Delivery Refusals: Repeated refusal of valid Cash on Delivery orders without genuine reason may result in permanent blacklisting of your delivery address and phone number for future orders.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, size exchanges, and refunds are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

• You have a 7-day return window from the date of parcel receipt.

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original delivered state with packaging intact.

• Approved refunds for COD orders are transferred directly via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Local Bank Account.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on Reloved.pk—including our brand name, logos, website graphics, product photographs, styling concepts, text, and catalog layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Reloved.pk.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, scrape, download, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content or imagery from Reloved.pk without our prior written authorization.

8. User Feedback & Reviews

• Reviews Submission: Any customer review, photo, or comment submitted via our website forms, WhatsApp, or social media channels may be published, displayed, or used in marketing by Reloved.pk.

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit reviews that contain abusive language, false claims, defamatory remarks, or promotional spam. We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the website to:

• Violate any applicable local, provincial, or federal laws of Pakistan.

• Transmit viruses, malicious scripts, malware, or spam.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or customer accounts.

• Scrape, harvest, or crawl our product catalogs using automated bots, crawlers, or AI extraction tools without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: Services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in our product descriptions.

• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Reloved.pk, its owners, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, transit delays, or product wear after delivery.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reloved.pk and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactions conducted on Reloved.pk shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
